Birth Debrief.
Whether you had a traumatic birth experience or everything went smoothly, giving birth is one of the most intense experiences we can experience or witness. Being able to unpack this experience in a safe, non-judgmental, and impartial space can help you to process what happened. This service is recommended for 1-2 sessions and is suitable for birthing parents, birthing supports, or health care providers. Should further support be required following these sessions, we can support you into therapy.
50-55 mins | $210
Should you or a loved one need financial assistance to access a birth debrief session, please Contact Us. We occasionally have funding available to subsidize these sessions. If you wish to donate to support someone or wish to purchase a voucher for a loved one to use, please see the Support Others page.
Please note: A Birth Debrief is purely a space to process the emotional impact of the birthing experience. As we are not medical providers, it is not a space to debrief the medical aspects of what happened during labour or birth. We encourage individuals to reach out to their medical care providers should they wish clarity surrounding the medical decisions that were made during labour and/or delivery.
Group Education.
We are available to deliver education to small and large groups on topics relevant to perinatal mental health. This would be suitable for parent groups or health professionals wanting to learn more about:
